The first step was to conduct interviews with some of the butcher's shops customers, this was done via zoom,
From this, I identified pain points and created personas.
My next step was to create a user journey map to get a further understand of what the problems are.
Together with doing crazy eights, competitive audits and other ideation methods I came up with solutions that were then drawn into wireframes, to try out different ideas.
This was then turned into digital wireframes that could be turned into a low-fidelity prototype that could be tested on users in a usability study,
Using the feedback from the usability study a few improvements were made to the functionality of the app and moved to high high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. try it out in Figma here.
